repurposing…

I’m going to drop this blog, and use this domain for other things.

This one will house my media-related endevours, tools, etc. related to video/hi-res online worlds (Wow/SL)

My work in a gallery…a first.

As per the Node Zero Galleries (no relation, but a freaky coincidence) website:

“Come see six breakaway artists challenge the boundaries of virtual art, at the debut reception of
the Node Zero Gallery in Second Life on November 15th, 4pm to 7pm PST (SLT), at Vaoetere 60/196.”

I felt lucky to be one of those six artists. But I also felt quite dwarfed by the amount of potential this type of art could have. Thanks to Aiyas, Gary, Soma and all the rest of those that made the gallery happen.

Check it out: [slurl] | Here’s some of Gary’s ‘postcards’ from the event.

…all this creativity, I think I’ll re-do my digs.

‘It could use a bit more content’

Everything slowly came into focus as I saw my world rez-in before my eye, oh…there’s the other one, “my eyes” I mean….I guess I’m not fully formed yet.

And then poof. I am clothed (although plainly) and surrounded by a very curious landscape. Within moments I’ve discovered I can fly, partially walk through solid objects and I don’t dance very well at all.

I do know (for whatever reason) that my name is Losta Hax.
